Badminton camp week

Been two years since i won the "trophy" at the badminton camp
went back last year to help to coach the kids
went back this year to train with my partner for an upcoming tournament.....

.....
but was ask to coach last minute.
not that i'm complaining.
as the head coach said, " good training ground for you to be a coach."

as everyone know, New Moon, the sequel to Twilight is out already. came out late in malaysia but it's alright. screaming fans were please with the way Edward was, (he's so kayu in my opinion)..

and some ppl were even more excited to see Jacob aka Taylor Lautner (: cuz he put on like 30pounds of muscle from the previous movie just to keep his part.. 30POUNDS of muscle. that's freaking crazy

oh, and the movie is 2hour and 10minute. what a long duration for a vampy Love story.sial.

been going for Badminton camp the whole of this week, still ongoing (suppose to be there now but am late : )

suppose to go there to train with my partner for a tournament in december, but ended up coaching cuz the head coach ask me to.
some things i've learn like to have PATIENCE. oh gosh, not my regular students and all, and they can reaally make you VOMIT BLOOD..arrrgghhh.but at the end of the day, i'm proud to say at least they learnt something at camp.
